Chelsea and Main Street Park Alliance approved an addendum to their 2024 Development Agreement for the former Federal Screw Works property. The amendment ties ongoing park funding to a new MOU, updates ownership status, clarifies remediation access and regulatory points, and adds six years of additional insured protection for MSPA on the City’s liability policy.
