Three (3) years from the first day of the Initial Benefit Plan Year, with automatic renewal for successive three (3) year periods unless terminated

Initial term is three (3) years from the first day of the Initial Benefit Plan Year and the contract automatically renews for successive three (3) year periods unless either party provides at least 180 days’ written notice of non-renewal before the next renewal date. Fees may be renegotiated if substantial plan changes increase service obligations, with adjustments memorialized in a written amendment signed by both parties. Upon termination, vendor retains commissions through the end of the current Benefit Plan Year.
