Description

Loveland’s Pulse broadband utility is seeking approval of a seven‑year cable television franchise agreement with Larimer County to serve unincorporated areas. The updated 2026 agreement shifts PEG fees to a percentage basis, tightens construction and restoration standards with a two‑year warranty, and enables Pulse carriage of Poudre School District, CSU, and Fort Collins PEG channels.
