Licensing And Shared Services Agreement With Aspire Public Schools

Aspire Apex Academy plans to operate under a licensing and shared services agreement with Aspire Public Schools beginning July 1, 2027, under which Aspire Public Schools will provide back-office, data systems, and other support services at below market rates. The arrangement will continue through the charter term while operational control shifts to the regional Aspire Central Valley nonprofit.
