If the agreement is extended beyond the initial term, TTS will maintain the $64.00 hourly rate for a period of one additional year. Either party may terminate with at least 60 days’ prior written notice or on shorter notice with a termination payment equal to the prior month’s compensation plus payment for services rendered.
