Denton County approved Amendment No. 1 to its Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Celina for Phase 2 of the Frontier Parkway/Parvin Road Project. The amendment increases the County’s financial contribution from $500,000 to a maximum of $6 million for project completion.
