Habersham County staff recommends declaring a 1995 Chevrolet Kodiak C70 tanker truck chassis surplus and transferring the complete unit to the Georgia Forestry Commission. The transfer would return the state-owned tank and pump and dispose of a low-value county-owned chassis through an intergovernmental arrangement.
