Newton Falls is moving to award a three‑year solid waste and recycling collection contract to Ohio Valley Waste Recycling and Disposal, Inc. at published monthly rates for carts, bags, and dumpsters. Service will begin August 1, 2026, with a two‑year renewal option contingent on council approval of Ordinance 2026-24.
