The Escalon City Council is asked to approve continued participation in San Joaquin County’s Urban County CDBG program for FY 2027–2029, preserving annual CDBG and HOME allocations. The partnership also positions the City to receive over $500,000 in CDBG funds for the Yosemite Avenue and Dent Elementary raised intersection safety project.
