This Service Agreement is between the Martin County School District and Aequor Healthcare Services is to provide professional and/or consultation services for Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational/Physical Therapy and/or Deaf-Hard of Hearing. This agreement is foe 2 years not to exceed $120,000.00 per year, per therapist that is contracted with Aequor Healthcare Services to service the Martin County School District students through June 30, 2026.
