The agreement is reviewed and revised annually by the SCSB Superintendent or designee and the LSSC President or designee, with any revisions presented to their respective boards for adoption; once executed and submitted to the State it remains in effect for that academic year and may only be amended per Florida rules. Future changes in law or appropriations will be handled via addendum, and eligibility waivers may be granted jointly on a case-by-case basis.
