Metro plans to amend its P2550 Light Rail Vehicle midlife modernization contract with Kinkisharyo International, L.L.C., adding $1.5 million for offsite qualification testing and raising the total contract value to about $160.6 million. The CEO will also be allowed to execute future modifications up to $1 million each.
