The committee approved the first amendment to the City’s July 20, 2023 agreement with NewGen Strategies and Solutions, LLC for municipal solid waste disposal consulting services in an amount not to exceed $42,500. The additional consulting work will support analysis and procurement planning to transition the City’s food scrap pilot into a permanent organic waste program.
