City of Black Hawk Awards Professional Services Contract to State of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (August 2026)

The City of Black Hawk approved a reimbursement agreement with the State of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for up to $50,000 to review environmental and water quality analyses for the Black Hawk Water Supply Project. CDPHE will provide technical review supporting NEPA and 401 Water Quality Certification between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, billing monthly for actual costs.
