The Board will approve Amendment No. 3 to the EMS cost-sharing agreement with the City of Bishop to maintain 911 emergency medical services in the Bishop Operating Area through June 30, 2027 or until a long-term EMS contract is awarded. The amendment continues the multi-agency funding partnership subject to the FY 2026-2027 budget.
