Apex’s revised interlocal emergency dispatch agreement also formalizes the Town of Morrisville’s participation in the regional Primary PSAP operated by Cary. Morrisville will receive dispatch services for its police and fire departments and share in the system’s operational and capital costs under a long-term framework.
