CONSTRUCTION

6-month initial lease term; month-to-month renewal possible after initial and any renewal terms

Initial lease term of 6 months with option for continued possession on a month-to-month basis at Modular Genius Inc’s then-current market rate, terminable by either party with 30 days written notice. Early termination during the minimum lease term incurs a cancellation charge equal to remaining payments plus charges for services, added products, and dismantle/return delivery. Lease may auto-renew month-to-month if equipment is not returned at the end of the term; teardown and return charges may be adjusted if any renewal or month-to-month term exceeds three months.
