The Town of Clear Lake is entering into an engagement with Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP to perform a comprehensive Local Income Tax (LIT) analysis and related advisory services for a fee not to exceed $5,000 without further authorization. The agreement, effective upon execution of the June 16, 2026 engagement letter, covers revenue modeling, analysis of legislative changes, and presentation of recommendations to the Town Council.
