Original lease tenant since 2006; Amendment No. 1 (2017) and No. 2 (2021) each added five-year extensions; Amendment No. 3 (April 20, 2026) extended the term to February 29, 2032 and established an initial rent credit of $582,000 for the wall; Fourth Amendment increases the rent credit to $980,000 and allows a further term extension to February 28, 2037 if HERC gives written notice by February 28, 2031.
