This is a succeeding lease renewal for Historic Building 50, following prior lease arrangements between the City and the Navy for museum use. The Government retains the right to terminate on 60 days’ written notice, and the City may terminate with 180 days’ notice under the special Acts of God clause if major structural issues arise unless the Government elects to fund repairs.
