County MOU Enables Capital Electric BRIC Grant

Burleigh County plans to enter a memorandum of understanding with Capital Electric Cooperative, Inc. so the utility can apply for FEMA’s FY 2024-2025 BRIC hazard mitigation funding using the County as the applicant of record. Capital Electric will bear all project costs and responsibilities while the County serves only as a pass-through entity for the grant.
