First Amendment exercises the First Renewal Term option for DeSoto ISD under the original dual credit agreement, extending services from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. DeSoto ISD’s compensation is limited to $20,000 for the Initial Term with a maximum aggregate cap of $60,000 over the Initial Term and all renewal periods; updated 2026-2027 attachments govern payment of services, technology support, tuition and fees, learning materials, and credentialed instructor expectations.
