Initial term runs through June 30, 2027 and may be renewed by mutual written agreement of the parties; upon termination, Pixley Union School District must pay a prorated portion of its District Cost. The agreement allows additional districts to join by June 1 of a school year, which would adjust cost sharing, and may be terminated for cause with specified cure and notice periods.
