The Executive Committee recommends that the Policy Board authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment 1 to the professional services agreement with Sigala Inc. The amendment extends REAP 2.0 program administration services through June 30, 2027 and increases the total contract amount to a not-to-exceed $300,000.
