The City of St. Paul Park plans to enter into a 2026 Technical Services Agreement with the Washington Conservation District, not to exceed $600, to maintain a city rain garden at 864 Pleasant Avenue through December 31, 2026. The agreement covers cleanout, supplemental planting, mulching, and vegetative maintenance required for MS4 compliance.
