Sunnyvale plans to issue a $375,000 purchase agreement to Univar Solutions USA, LLC to supply sodium hydroxide to the Water Pollution Control Plant from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The agreement may be increased and renewed for up to three additional years under Bay Area Chemical Consortium terms, subject to budget and acceptable performance.
