Darlington County Council is considering Ordinance No. 25-20 to accept property ownership and perpetual maintenance responsibility for approximately forty parcels transferred through the South Carolina Office of Resilience Buyout Program. The property acquisitions are funded by a federal CDBG-MIT grant and will be maintained as green space in perpetuity.
