Agreement becomes effective 90 days after full execution and CAD updates, runs for one year from the first date indicated, reviewed annually, and automatically renews year to year unless terminated. Any fire department may withdraw with 90 days’ written notice to the Washington County Firefighters Association; if all but one withdraw, the agreement terminates.
