The County of Brant is proceeding with a 20-year build-to-suit lease with GrandBridge Solutions for new garage and ambulance base facilities at 150 Savannah Oaks Drive, estimated at $1,457,827 annually based on actual capital and operating costs. The Phase 2 space will provide 28,524 square feet of garage capacity for up to 35 vehicles to support current and future paramedic service needs.
