$5,000 Developer Deposit plus reservation fees and standard WTCPUA charges as incurred

UTILITIES

Effective Date (latest signature; on or about May 12, 2026) and continuing as long as WTCPUA provides service to Retail Customers in the Proposed Development, subject to termination if no Retail Customer requests service for 3 LUEs by the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date

Agreement takes effect on the Effective Date and automatically continues as long as WTCPUA provides service to Retail Customers in the Proposed Development, with no fixed renewal cycle. WTCPUA may terminate the Agreement for any LUEs where no Retail Customer has requested service by the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date, or for nonpayment of Reservation Fees or other uncured breaches; termination deadlines may be extended only by written amendment. Annual Reservation Fees must be paid on each anniversary of the Written Service Commitment to keep unused LUEs in reserved status, and initial Reservation Fees are due no later than six months from the Written Service Commitment date if meters have not been installed.
