Description

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is requested to join other taxing entities in approving a Compensation Agreement with the City of Sunnyvale to transfer three Sunnyvale Town Center public parking garage parcels from the Successor Agency to the City, with no direct purchase price. Under the agreement, the City will assume all liability for existing PCE contamination and fund a 10-year environmental liability insurance policy, reimbursed via the ROPS, while other taxing entities are released from related obligations.
