Funding Boost for Women’s Shelter Beds at Centre of Hope

The Committee approved an amendment increasing the City’s Purchase of Service Agreement with The Salvation Army Centre of Hope by up to $511,293 to fund 18 women’s-only emergency shelter spaces from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The increase will be financed through Housing Stability Services funding subject to amended agreements.
