Effective on customer signature; initial term through June 30, 2028, then automatic month-to-month renewals unless terminated with 30 days' written notice

Agreement expires June 30, 2028 and automatically renews for successive month-to-month terms unless the customer provides at least 30 days' written notice of termination prior to the end of any term. Early termination by the customer before the end of the initial or any renewal term, or termination by the company for customer default, requires payment of liquidated damages equal to six times the most recent monthly charges.
