Town Renews Public Safety Communications Site License

Big Water and the Utah Communications Authority continue their Communications Site Agreement allowing UCA to operate a public safety communications tower and facilities on town-owned property for a 10-year term with automatic 5-year renewals. Agreement entered into in 2020 for ten years, then automatically renews in additional five-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal as specified in the contract. Upon termination, UCA must remove its equipment and restore the site.
