Modesto City Schools has entered into a lease-leaseback construction contract with a competitively selected developer for the Alberta Martone Elementary School Expanded Learning Wellness Center Building and Site Improvements Project. The contract includes preconstruction and construction phases with a final lease term of one year post-delivery, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price to be determined. The project delivers a new education facility through a public works structure authorized by CA Education Code 17406.
