PRPC, Armstrong County sign E9-1-1 interlocal agreement

The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission and Armstrong County Texas executed an interlocal agreement for participation in the regional E9-1-1 system and PSAP equipment support. Under the agreement, PRPC will procure and manage 9-1-1 equipment, software, and related services for Armstrong County through August 31, 2027, funded by state-authorized 9-1-1 fees.
