Description

The City of Platteville engaged the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Cultural Resource Management to conduct architecture and history investigations for a proposed fire station project at 155 W. Lewis Street in Grant County, Wisconsin. The work, performed in February 2023, fulfills Section 106 historic preservation review requirements and evaluated nine properties within the project’s Area of Potential Effect.
