John Wood Community College’s Board considered an amendment to its long-term Intergovernmental Agreement with the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, allowing JWCC to construct a 60 by 80 foot storage facility on a five-acre parcel at the Orr Research Farm for a nominal $1 rental amount. The amendment maintains the existing March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2070 term and places construction and maintenance costs on JWCC.
