Architect Owner-Rep Contract for Teacherage Project

Sundown ISD will consider authorizing a Standard Short Form of Agreement (AIA B105-2017) with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper Architects to act as owner’s representative for the district’s ongoing design-build construction of teacherages. The superintendent would be empowered to execute the contract and take related actions under Texas Government Code 2269.305.
