STAFFING

Effective July 1, 2026; initial term up to 1 year with automatic 1-year renewals unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice of non-renewal

Initial term runs until the earlier of the first anniversary of July 1, 2026, or earlier termination by either party. Agreement automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Client may terminate after a 30-day corrective action period if dissatisfaction is not resolved.
