Renewal

Initial term is 12 months from July 1, 2026, with automatic renewal for not more than two subsequent 12-month periods unless the subscriber gives 30 days’ written termination notice before the anniversary date. STARFALL must give 60 days’ written notice of applicable subscription fees for each renewal term and may terminate at any time with at least 90 days’ written notice or immediately for substantial or material breach. If STARFALL terminates without cause mid-term, it must issue a prorated refund for the unused balance. At any renewal date, STARFALL may substitute its then-current license terms upon at least 60 days’ advance written notice.
