Greystar Selected for Downtown Westminster Active Adult Project

The Westminster Economic Development Authority is set to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Development Agreement with Greystar Corporation for a $3 million land sale on Block D-5 in Downtown Westminster. Greystar will build a four-story, 166-unit active adult community and receive targeted City fee and sales and use tax rebates to support the $60 million project.
