City And Carleton To Negotiate Aquatics Centre PE

Ottawa City Council authorized the General Manager of Recreation, Culture and Facilities to negotiate and sign a non-binding protocol of understanding with Carleton University to plan a joint 50‑metre aquatic sports centre. The agreement will clarify project scope, governance and financing and support applications for external infrastructure funding and sponsorships.
