Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Nissho of California, Inc., to include Highland Medians maintenance, and the one-time planting of a Torrey Pine, increasing the agreement by $17,554, to a not-to-exceed amount of $406,206.84 for FY 2024/2025 only. In subsequent years, the not-to-exceed amount will be $392,206.84.
