San José will enter into grant agreements with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority for up to $1,437,164 in Transportation Fund for Clean Air Program funding. The reimbursements will support new transit signal priority business rules, parameter fine-tuning, and a citywide app-based bicycle detection system.
