HACM Advances Greenfield and Salinas Developments With Milestone

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey and its affiliate HDC are continuing their partnership with Milestone Housing Group, LLC to develop affordable housing on HACM properties in Greenfield and Salinas. Resolution 3160 authorizes Milestone and HDC to pursue tax credits and other financing and to execute the agreements needed to finance, construct, and operate the projects.
