Chowan County commissioners consented to amend their engineering services contract with Rivers and Associates Inc to add Division of Water Infrastructure processes and approvals for the planned Regional Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant. Formal approval of capacity design and related items will return to the Board at a future meeting.
