District Extends Commerce Bank Master Services Agreement

Per Section 13.1, the initial one-year term beginning July 31, 2021 could be renewed for mutually agreed terms with all other conditions unchanged and either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. This Fifth Modification expressly renews and extends the current term from July 30, 2026 to July 30, 2028; prior first through fourth modifications remain in effect.
