The Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission approved the purchase and installation of a disc filter system from Midwest Contract Operations, Inc. at an estimated cost of $24 million to meet state phosphorus requirements. Fox Crossing will be responsible for approximately 15–16% of the loan for the upgrade project.
