Agreement With American Construction For Habitat Credits

The Port of Tacoma plans to enter into an agreement with American Construction Co., Inc. related to the purchase of excess habitat mitigation acreage at the Mouth of the Hylebos site. The agreement will support closure of American Construction’s mitigation obligations and transfer excess credit to the Port once EPA approves the Remedial Action Construction Report.
